Shipping info:    

Please allow 3-4 weeks for handbag to ship. If the item is available, the order will ship within a few days. I am currently the only one sewing my handbags. I will call or email you when your bag is ready to be shipped.

Care instructions:    

All the fabrics are carefully chosen for their color and design. Treating the fabric before using your bag with a fabric protector is recommended. Treat all stains as soon as possible with warm water and mild soap or a stain removal product. You could also have the bag dry cleaned. To help extend the life of your bag please treat with care.

Return information:    

Handbags can be returned up to 15 days after purchase. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Notification must be received before your bag is returned.

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.

The handbag must be in original condition when returned.
